Shipping Times
Understanding Shipping Times for Better Delivery Expectations
Processing and Handling
We do our best to process most orders within 1-2 business days, but all orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free standard international shipping on all orders from our suppliers to the following countries and regions: the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and others worldwide. Shipping typically takes between 7 to 14 business days , though import and customs delays to certain destinations can extend shipping times beyond this window.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MISSIRON is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order at any time on our Order Tracking page.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@missiron.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
View our refund policy
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Orders
If your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, here's how you request a replacement:
You will need your order number and the email address you placed your order with. Your order number can be found on the order confirmation email.
Once you indicate if the package was damaged, lost, or stolen and complete the request, you will get a reorder confirmation.
Factors Influencing Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on several important factors such as the shipping method chosen, the origin and destination of the package, and seasonal demand. Express shipping options generally offer faster delivery, while standard shipping might take longer due to cost-saving practices. Location plays a key role; domestic shipments usually arrive quicker compared to international ones because of customs and longer transit durations. Additionally, times can be affected during peak seasons like holidays when carriers experience higher volumes of parcels. Knowing these variables helps you set realistic expectations for your shipment and plan accordingly.
How to Estimate Shipping Times Accurately
Estimating accurate shipping times requires checking multiple sources such as carrier websites, order confirmation emails, and tracking pages. Most carriers provide an estimated delivery range, which is usually a good guideline but can vary due to unforeseen delays like weather or logistics disruptions. It’s essential to note the difference between processing time (time taken to prepare the order) and transit time (time the package spends with the carrier). Combining these gives a clearer picture of when to expect your delivery, helping reduce anxiety about your purchase.
Tips to Track and Manage Your Shipping Times
Efficiently managing your shipping times starts with using tracking numbers provided after dispatch. Most carriers offer online tracking services enabling you to monitor your package’s journey in real-time. Set up alerts or notifications to receive updates about any delays or delivery confirmations. In cases where an order is delayed, contacting the seller or carrier promptly can help resolve issues faster. Properly managing your shipping times ensures a smoother delivery experience and builds trust with your suppliers, especially if you rely on timely shipments for business or personal needs.
