You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear. You can check the status of your order at any time on our tracking order page.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once your order has left our facility, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, the fastest way to resolve this is to contact your local post office or shipping courier directly. They’ll have the most up-to-date delivery information.

Return to Sender

We kindly remind all customers to keep an eye on their tracking information and stay updated on delivery status to help ensure a smooth arrival.

If we notice that a package is having trouble being delivered (for example, due to an incorrect address, recipient absence, or other delivery issues), our team will send you an email reminder before the package is returned, encouraging you to pick it up or contact your local carrier directly.

Please make sure your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.

Please note that packages returned to sender cannot be redelivered or refunded.

Due to customs and logistical constraints, returned international packages are directed to a sorting facility for safe disposal.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
